Delivery and returns


The delivery time is about 4 to 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays, from receipt of order, provided that the product is in our warehouse.

Delivery of the items will be made by courier. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs from the shopping cart. The final cost of shipment may vary according to the destination address, and will be shown during the checkout process before signing and accepting the order.


Terms of return:

Following are the general conditions of return are detailed, also refer to the specific conditions of return for each case, which are further down the general conditions in this text.

ESTUDIO DE CALZADOS S.L. will accept product returns within the first 20 days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulates the are met ordination of trade.

The goods must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and protected so it does not arrive with seals or tape transport.

ESTUDIO DE CALZADOS S.L. reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition and with all accessories, or if it used with or without their original packaging damaged by mishandling.

Transportation expenses incurred in the return (if the return is by no satisfaction) borne by the customer. The carrying amount of the first installment (if not free) and made is deducted from the total amount of refund.

Products damaged by transport:

Returns not satisfied:

If you, when receiving your order, not satisfied, you have a maximum of 20 days, counting from the date of receipt to implement the right of return.
